Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 13 c chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 13 c vinegar
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 12 c water
- 1 c catsup
- 2 tsp mustard
- 18 tsp pepper
- salt to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in saucepan
- Cook until onion is tender on low heat
- This sauce can be used as a table sauce or as a sauce for ribs or chicken
