Barbecue Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 13 c Pet evaporated milk
- 14 c bottled barbecue sauce
- 18 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp onion salt
- 14 tsp oregano
- 1 12 c grated process American cheese
- 4 c thinly sliced peeled raw potatoes
- 12 c grated process American cheese
- 12 tsp paprika
Directions
- Turn on oven and set at 350 moderate
- Mix first 7 ingredients in a 2-quart bowl
- Stir in potatoes until well mixed Put mixture into a shallow 1 12-quart baking dish
- Sprinkle 12 cup cheese and paprika over top
- Bake near center of oven about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender
