Barbecued Beef Brisket

Ingredients
- 1 4 to 5 lb trimmed brisket
- 12 tsp onion salt
- 12 tsp celery salt
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
- 6 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 34 c commercial BBQ sauce
Directions
- Sprinkle beef with onion salt celery salt and garlic powder Mix liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce together and pour over meat
- Cover with foil
- Refrigerate several hours turning once Bake covered at 300 for 4 to 4 12 hours
- Pour BBQ sauce over beef and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes
