Barbecued Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients

• 4 large potatoes sliced thin
• 14 c chopped onions
• 1 12 c milk
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 Tbsp catsup
• 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• dash of hot sauce
• 34 c finely diced American cheese

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a heavy skillet
2. Cover cook over low heat for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender
3. Yields 6 to 8 servings
