Barbecued Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes sliced thin
- 14 c chopped onions
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp catsup
- 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- dash of hot sauce
- 34 c finely diced American cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a heavy skillet
- Cover cook over low heat for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender
- Yields 6 to 8 servings
