Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients

• 8 chicken breasts
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar
• 14 tsp pepper
• margarine
• 2 c catsup
• 1 tsp garlic salt
• 3 Tbsp hot pepper juice

Directions

1. Bake chicken breasts topped with margarine at 400 for 1 hour and 15 minutes turning every 15 minutes
2. Pour off margarine and chicken fat
3. Cover chicken with half the barbecue sauce and bake 30 minutes
4. Turn and cover other side and bake 30 minutes
