Barbecued Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fish fillets
  • 5 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 c diced onion
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 12 c ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 13 c lemon juice

Directions

  1. In 2 tablespoons of butter saute onions then remove
  2. Add remaining butter and brown the fish fillets
  3. Spread onions over fish and season with salt and pepper
  4. Combine 14 cup water with remaining ingredients
  5. Pour over fish and simmer about 20 minutes Serves 4
