Barbecued Fish Fillets

Ingredients
- 1 lb fish fillets
- 5 Tbsp butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 c diced onion
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp prepared mustard
- 12 c ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 13 c lemon juice
Directions
- In 2 tablespoons of butter saute onions then remove
- Add remaining butter and brown the fish fillets
- Spread onions over fish and season with salt and pepper
- Combine 14 cup water with remaining ingredients
- Pour over fish and simmer about 20 minutes Serves 4
