Barbecued Lima Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 13 c catsup
  • 4 slices bacon cut up
  • 2 No 2 cans lima beans undrained
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

  1. Using a large skillet fry bacon until crisp
  2. Drain on paper towel
  3. Use 1 tablespoon grease to saute onion
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce horseradish and catsup and stir
  5. Add lima beans tomato soup and bacon bits
  6. Stir well
  7. Pour into a 2-quart casserole and bake at 325 for 1 hour uncovered
  8. Serves 6 to 8
  9. Very tasty
