Barbecued Lima Beans
Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 13 c catsup
- 4 slices bacon cut up
- 2 No 2 cans lima beans undrained
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions
- Using a large skillet fry bacon until crisp
- Drain on paper towel
- Use 1 tablespoon grease to saute onion
- Add Worcestershire sauce horseradish and catsup and stir
- Add lima beans tomato soup and bacon bits
- Stir well
- Pour into a 2-quart casserole and bake at 325 for 1 hour uncovered
- Serves 6 to 8
- Very tasty
