Barbecued Pork

Ingredients
- 1 5 to 6 lb Boston butt
- salt
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 c catsup
- 14 c Worcestershire sauce
- 14 c vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 c water
Directions
- Cook pork in lightly salted water over low heat 2 to 2 12 hours
- Drain reserving 1 cup broth
- Cut pork into thin slices and place in a large shallow baking pan
- Combine salt reserved broth and remaining ingredients
- Mix well and pour over pork slices
- Bake at 325 for 30 to 45 minutes
