Barbecued Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 5 to 6 lb Boston butt
  • salt
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 c catsup
  • 14 c Worcestershire sauce
  • 14 c vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 c water

Directions

  1. Cook pork in lightly salted water over low heat 2 to 2 12 hours
  2. Drain reserving 1 cup broth
  3. Cut pork into thin slices and place in a large shallow baking pan
  4. Combine salt reserved broth and remaining ingredients
  5. Mix well and pour over pork slices
  6. Bake at 325 for 30 to 45 minutes
