Barbecued Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 12 c chopped onion
- 14 c chopped celery
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 c ketchup
- 12 c water
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 34 tsp chili powder
- 14 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 12 thin slices cooked pork
- 6 hamburger buns split and toasted
Directions
- In a medium skillet cook onion celery and garlic in margarine until tender but not brown
- Stir in ketchup water brown sugar vinegar chili powder salt and pepper
- Simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes
- Add pork heat through
- Serve meat on buns with sauce
