Barbecued Ribs
Ingredients
- 2 lb ribs stew meat may be used
- salt
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 14 c catsup
- 2 12 c water
Directions
- Sear the ribs
- Sprinkle with salt
- Mix the remaining ingredients pour over meat
- Bake in tightly covered pan in a 350 oven
- Add a little more water if necessary
- When tender remove lid and brown under broiler for a few minutes
- Yields 6 to 8 servings
