Barbecued Spareribs
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb spareribs
- 3 small onions sliced
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 12 tsp red pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 34 c catsup
- 34 c water
Directions
- Cut spareribs into servings
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper Place in a roaster pan and cover with onions
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat
- Cover and bake 1 12 hours at 350
- Baste occasionally turning ribs once or twice
- Remove cover from roaster during the last 15 minutes of baking to brown spareribs
