Barbecued Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 medium to large sweet potatoes or yams
- 14 c melted butter
- 12 tsp ground cloves
Directions
- Wash and scrub potatoes
- Cut slits in tops
- Place each potato in a piece of aluminum foil wrapping securely
- Cook 6-inches from heat tops down for 20 minutes
- Turn and pierce foil tops with a fork
- Cook for 20 to 25 minutes or longer until done
- Cut foil open
- Combine cloves and butter
- Frizzle over tops
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
- Serves 6
