Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb ground pork shoulder
  • 2 c cooked barley
  • 1 c milk or meat stock
  • 1 small onion grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Fill large clean sausage casings with mixture
  3. Boil in salt water or place in baking dish bake at 350 for about 50 minutes
