Barley SausageVedaras

Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground pork shoulder
- 2 c cooked barley
- 1 c milk or meat stock
- 1 small onion grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well
- Fill large clean sausage casings with mixture
- Boil in salt water or place in baking dish bake at 350 for about 50 minutes
