Basic Meat Loaf Microwave SpecialCooking Time 15 To 17 Minutes

Ingredients

• 1 12 lb ground chuck beef
• 2 Tbsp instant minced onion
• 12 c fine dry bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 2 Tbsp catsup
• 12 c milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 18 tsp thyme
• 18 tsp dry mustard
• 18 tsp paprika

Directions

1. Mix ground chuck thoroughly with onion crumbs egg catsup milk and seasonings
2. Mold into a rounded flat loaf in 9-inch pie plate
3. Spread catsup evenly over top of loaf
4. Cover with waxed paper
5. Place loaf in microwave oven
6. Cook 15 to 17 minutes giving dish 14 turn every 4 minutes
7. Let loaf stand at least 5 minutes before slicing
8. Yields 6 servings
