Basic Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 c warm water or fruit juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 1 c dried fruit or dried fruit and chopped nuts
- 3 c whole wheat flour
- 12 c oat flour blend oats
- 13 c nutmeal
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Dissolve honey
- in
- water or juice
- Sprinkle in yeast Leave alone
- until
- yeast
- rises
- Stir
- in
- other ingredients immediately
- Fill muffin cups 23 full
- Rise 8 to 10 minutes in warm place
- Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
