Basic Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 c lightly packed fresh basil leaves
- 12 c olive oil
- 13 c pine nuts
- 1 large or 2 small garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth
- At this point before adding cheese mixture can be frozen in airtight container and kept for several months
