Basic Rice

Ingredients
- 12 c regular rice
- 1 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
- 1 or 2 chicken or beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c hot water
Directions
- Saute rice in

- heatin
- a stove-top ovenproof casserole
- untilgoldenbrownDissolve
- bouillon cubes in water
- add to rice and bring to a boil
- Remove from heat
- cover bake at

- for 20 to 25 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed
