BasilS Sumptuous Squirrel Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 c boned cut up cooked squirrel
• 12 c milk
• 12 c dairy sour cream
• 1 10 34 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 34 c biscuit baking mix
• 14 c cornmeal
• 34 c milk
• 1 egg
• 1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Heat squirrel milk sour cream and soup to boiling
3. Spoon into a rectangular 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish
4. Beat remaining ingredients except cheese with a wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth
5. Pour evenly over hot squirrel mixture
6. Sprinkle with cheese
7. Bake uncovered until top is set and soup mixture bubbles around edge 20 to 25 minutes Makes 6 servings
