Batter-Dipped Hot Dogs

Ingredients

• 1 c self-rising white corn meal mix
• 12 tsp pepper
• 12 c milk
• 1 egg beaten
• 2 Tbsp oil
• 8 to 10 frankfurters

Directions

1. Combine corn meal mix and pepper
2. Add milk egg and oil mix well
3. Insert wooden skewer in one end of each frank
4. Coat with additional flour
5. Dip into corn meal batter
