Batter Bread

Ingredients
- 1 14 c warm water
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 c flour
Directions
- Measure water into a large mixing bowl
- Sprinkle in yeast and stir until dissolved
- Add margarine sugar salt and 2 cups flour Beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer medium speed
- Blend in remaining flour
- Cover let rise until double
- Stir down and spread in greased loaf pan
- Let rise until double
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow
- Makes 1 loaf
