Bavarian Goulash

Ingredients
- 1 12 pounds cubed beef
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 4 onions chopped
- 2 tomatoes peeled and chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 12 cups meat stock
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 12 cup Burgundy or other red wine
Directions
- Heat oil Add beef and onion saute until meat is browned Add tomatoes Season to taste with salt pepper and paprika Add bay leaf Pour in stock cover and simmer for 1 12 hours or until beef is tender
