Beach Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 c pecans chopped
- 1 stick margarine melted
- 1 egg
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl then pat it out into a 9 x 12 inch pan sprayed with Pam Mix the next 3 ingredients and pour over crust Preheat oven to 350 Bake for 45 minutes Cut into squares
