Bean And Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- 16 or 20 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 16 oz canned red beans
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 c diced peppers red and green
- 1 c diced onions
- 1 c sugar
- 1 scant c vinegar
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp dry mustard
Directions
- Cook frozen vegetables as directed drain and cool
- Add drained red beans
- Add diced vegetables and mix
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix
- Mix sugar vinegar flour and mustard in a small saucepan
- Cook stirring until clear
- Cool and pour over vegetables
