Bean Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 12 c mayonnaise
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 12 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cans French-style green beans drained well
- 1 can LeSueur peas drained well
- 1 pkg frozen lima beans drained well
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts drained well
- 1 medium onion chopped
Directions
- Combine the mayonnaise mustard Worcestershire sauce and 1 12 teaspoons lemon juice
- Layer 1 cup beans 12 cup peas 12 teaspoon lemon juice 12 of the onion and 12 of the water chestnuts
- Spread 12 of the mayonnaise mixture and repeat
- Top with crushed Ritz crackers
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes Serves 8 or more
