Bean Ham Soup

Ingredients

• 12 lb ham cubed
• 2 celery stalks diced
• 3 carrots sliced
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 medium zucchini sliced
• 2 cans navy beans
• 1 can white kidney beans
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 12 tsp basil
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 14 12 oz chopped tomatoes
• 1 14 12 oz can chicken broth
• 12 bag fresh spinach clean and tough stems removed
• 1 c water

Directions

1. Remove 1 12 cups of beans and mash Set aside
