Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz Can Black Eye Peas
- 1 15 oz Can Pinto Beans
- 1 12 oz Can Mexican Corn
- 1 sm Red Onion
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Celery Sticks
- 1 8 oz Bottle Italian Dressing
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Red wine Vinegar
Directions
- Drain and wash all the beans and the corn
- Finely chop the peppers onion and celery
- Mix all ingredients together
- Add the sugar vinegar and dressing
- Add salt and pepper to taste
