Bean Stew

Ingredients
- 12 c navy beans cooked
- 4 medium potatoes quartered
- 2 medium carrots scraped and cut in coin size
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 12 roll Eckrich smoked sausage cut in bite size pieces
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except sausage and simmer on low Heat until carrots and potatoes are tender
- Add sausage last but be sure it heats thoroughly
- Good served with a green salad and Hi Ho crackers
- Serves 6 people
