Beans And Hungry Jacks

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 16 oz can pork and beans
- 12 c barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 can 10 Hungry Jack biscuits
- 1 c Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Brown the ground beef drain grease
- Saute the onion slightly and add the salt pork and beans barbecue sauce and brown sugar Heat until bubbly
- Place in a 2-quart casserole
- Cut the biscuits in half moon shape and place cut side down over mixture
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese
- Bake 25 minutes or until biscuits are browned at 375
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
