Beat N Eat Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 egg white unbeaten
- 14 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 c boiling water
- 1 pkg Bakers coconut
Directions
- Mix first 3 ingredients in small deep bowl
- Add boiling water Beat to stiff peaks with eggbeater or electric beater
- Spread between layers and on top and sides of 8-inch cake
- Sprinkle with coconut
