BeckyS Marshmallow Clouds

Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 23 c unsweetened cocoa powder
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 c white sugar
- 1 c light brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 c salted butter softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 c 12 oz miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz miniature marshmallows frozen
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Leave marshmallows in freezer until just prior to baking they thaw too quickly
