Beef Rice With Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 pkg beef stew meat
• 1 - 2 cans small mushrooms
• 1 - 2 pkg mushroom gravy or 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
• 1 pkg rice

Directions

1. Simmer beef stew meat in crock pot or skillet
2. Add mushroom gravy mix or soup
3. Add mushrooms heat until soup and mushrooms are hot
4. Cook rice
5. Pour gravy over rice
