Beef And Asparagus Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb asparagus
- 14 c soy sauce
- 34 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 6 oz angel hair pasta
- 2 Tbsp sherry
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 34 tsp sugar
- 34 lb top round steak thinly sliced
- 1 small tomato diced
Directions
- Break off the tough ends of the asparagus by bending the stalks and letting them break discard the ends
- Cut asparagus into 2-inch long pieces
- Prepare pasta according to package directions drain and return to pot to keep warm
