Beef And Biscuit Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb ground chuck
  • 12 c chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 12 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 12 c processed cheese
  • 1 10 count can biscuits

Directions

  1. Cook ground chuck and onion until tender drain
  2. Combine the tomato sauce garlic salt and chili powder in a bowl
  3. Add the egg and 1 cup of the cheese chunks
  4. Combine this with ground chuck and onion
  5. Divide each biscuit into 2 pieces
  6. Place 10 pieces in the bottom of a casserole dish
  7. Spread the ground chuck mixture on top of the biscuits
  8. Place the remaining biscuit pieces on top of the meat mixture
  9. Bake for 25 minutes at 300
  10. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the browned biscuits and return to the oven long enough to melt the cheese
