Beef And Biscuit Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tsp instant minced onion
- 1 10 34 oz can beef gravy
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 pkg refrigerated biscuits 6
- 14 c shredded sharp natural Cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a 10-inch skillet brown meat with onion drain off fat Stir in gravy and 12 cup water
- Add 12 teaspoon salt and frozen vegetables breaking apart with fork
- Bring to boiling
- Cover reduce heat
- Simmer 10 minutes
- Top with biscuits simmer covered 15 minutes
- Sprinkle biscuits with cheese heat until cheese melts
- Sprinkle with paprika if desired
- Serves 4
