Beef And Biscuits Casserole

Ingredients

• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 12 lb ground beef or turkey
• 14 c green pepper
• 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 2 tsp chili powder
• 12 tsp garlic powder
• 4 8 oz cans refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
• 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 12 c sour cream
• 1 beaten egg

Directions

1. Brown meat in onion stir in tomato sauce chili powder and garlic powder
2. Simmer
3. Line 9 x 13-inch pan with biscuits combine half of the cheese sour cream and egg then mix with meat
4. Spoon the meat mixture over the biscuits
5. Sprinkle the rest of cheese on top of the meat mixture
6. Bake 30 minutes at 375
