Beef And Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 stalks celery sliced
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 1 lb can cream-style corn
- 1 15 12 oz can kidney beans drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 12 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 to 3 c crushed corn chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Brown ground beef then add the celery and chopped onions
- Cook until soft
- Reduce heat and stir in 1 can of tomato soup cream-style corn drained kidney beans and seasonings
- Place in large casserole and bake uncovered 20 minutes
- Top with 2 to 3 cups of crushed corn chips
- Return to oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes until toasted
