Beef And Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 12 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 c chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c 4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 10 oz pkg wide noodles cooked and drained
  • 2 cans 10 34 oz each cream of tomato soup undiluted
  • 1 can 10 34 oz cream of mushroom soup

Directions

  1. In a large skillet brown beef
  2. Remove beef and drain fat In the same skillet melt butter over medium heat
  3. Saute onion and pepper until tender
  4. Add beef Worcestershire sauce noodles and soups mix well
  5. Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole top with shredded cheese
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  7. Yields 8 servings
