Beef And Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 c chopped green pepper
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c 4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 10 oz pkg wide noodles cooked and drained
- 2 cans 10 34 oz each cream of tomato soup undiluted
- 1 can 10 34 oz cream of mushroom soup
Directions
- In a large skillet brown beef
- Remove beef and drain fat In the same skillet melt butter over medium heat
- Saute onion and pepper until tender
- Add beef Worcestershire sauce noodles and soups mix well
- Spoon into a greased 3-quart casserole top with shredded cheese
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Yields 8 servings
