Beef And Pepper Rice Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 12 lb round steak cut in thin strips or 1 to 1 12 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 c sliced onion
- 1 c rice not Minute
- can of beef broth
- can of water
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 green peppers coarsely chopped
- 2 oz jar sliced pimiento drained
Directions
- Brown meat in oil add onion rice beef broth water and soy sauce
- Bring to boil reduce heat
- Cover and cook low until liquid is absorbed about 25 minutes
- Add green pepper and pimento
- Heat through
- Makes 4 to 6 servings
