Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients

  • 34 c beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 14 c teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 12 c green pepper diced
  • 1 can mushrooms sliced and drained
  • 14 c green onions chopped
  • 12 lb sirloin steak cut in bite size pieces
  • 1 pkg frozen puff pastry shells

Directions

  1. In a small bowl mix beef broth with cornstarch and teriyaki sauce set aside
  2. In a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil over high heat add mushrooms green pepper and onions
  3. Stir-fry until tender
  4. Remove to bowl
  5. Add remaining oil and beef stir-fry until cooked
  6. Add beef broth mixture and cook stirring constantly until thickened
  7. Add vegetables
  8. Serve in warm pastry shells
