Beef And Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 34 c beef broth
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 14 c teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 12 c green pepper diced
- 1 can mushrooms sliced and drained
- 14 c green onions chopped
- 12 lb sirloin steak cut in bite size pieces
- 1 pkg frozen puff pastry shells
Directions
- In a small bowl mix beef broth with cornstarch and teriyaki sauce set aside
- In a large skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil over high heat add mushrooms green pepper and onions
- Stir-fry until tender
- Remove to bowl
- Add remaining oil and beef stir-fry until cooked
- Add beef broth mixture and cook stirring constantly until thickened
- Add vegetables
- Serve in warm pastry shells
