Beef Burgundy

Ingredients

  • 5 lb lean stew beef cubed
  • 2 12 lb mushrooms sliced
  • 2 medium onions diced

Directions

  1. Flour meat and brown in butter
  2. Remove and put in baking dish
  3. Saute sliced mushrooms and onion add to meat
  4. Cover with a mixture of 3 cups Burgundy and 2 cups beef bouillon cubes Stir cover and bake at 300 for 2 to 3 hours
