Beef Burgundy

Ingredients
- 5 lb lean stew beef cubed
- 2 12 lb mushrooms sliced
- 2 medium onions diced
Directions
- Flour meat and brown in butter
- Remove and put in baking dish
- Saute sliced mushrooms and onion add to meat
- Cover with a mixture of 3 cups Burgundy and 2 cups beef bouillon cubes Stir cover and bake at 300 for 2 to 3 hours
