Beef Burgundy

Ingredients

  • 3 lb beef stew meat
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
  • 34 c dry red wine

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in large casserole or a roaster
  2. Cover and bake at 300 for 3 to 4 hours
  3. Serve over rice or noodles
