Beef Burgundy
Ingredients
- 3 lb beef stew meat
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
- 34 c dry red wine
Directions
- Combine ingredients in large casserole or a roaster
- Cover and bake at 300 for 3 to 4 hours
- Serve over rice or noodles
