Beef Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 lb Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1 16 oz jar picante sauce

Directions

  1. Melt cheese in crock-pot on low heat
  2. While cheese is melting brown meat and drain
  3. When cheese is melted add picante sauce and meat to crock-pot
  4. Cook on low heat for about 30 minutes
  5. Mixture can be kept warm in crock-pot for as long as needed
  6. Serve with tortilla chips
