Beef Cheese Log

Ingredients

• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 Tbsp mayo
• 12 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 Tbsp chopped ripe olives
• 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• 1 tsp finely minced onion
• 12 c finely chopped dried beef in jar

Directions

1. Soften cream cheese In a large bowl add mayo and Worcestershire sauce Mix well Add olives parsley and onion Chill until firm On wax paper shape into a 1 12-inch roll Roll in dried beef Garnish with parsley Serve with crackers
