Beef Corn Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 pkg egg noodles
• 1 jar pimentos
• 1 can whole kernel corn
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 8 oz carton sour cream

Directions

1. While cooking package of noodles brown ground beef with salt and onion
2. Drain noodles and ground beef then combine
3. To these add soups pimento corn and sour cream
4. Pour into casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs
5. May divide into 2 servings and freeze one
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
