Beef Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 medium onion fine chopped
- 2 c grated cheddar cheese
- 2 - 10 oz cans old El paso green enchilada sauce mild
Directions
- Cook beef and drain well soften tortillas fill with beef cheese and onion
- Roll and
- place in baking dish
- After all are placed in dish pour over the enchilada sauce
- Sprinkle remaining onion and lots of cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until are very hot and cheese is melted
