Beef GoulashMicrowave
Ingredients
- 2 lb stew beef cut in 1-inch cubes
- 3 or 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion coarsely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 c dairy sour cream
Directions
- Place beef in a 3-quart microwave casserole
- Peel tomatoes and remove cores
- Cut tomatoes in chunks
- Place in casserole with beef
- Add onion salt and pepper stir
- Cover and cook on Roast for 40 to 50 minutes or until beef is tender
- Stir twice during cooking time
- Stir sour cream into mixture and let stand covered for 5 minutes
