Beef Hash
Ingredients
- 2 12 oz cans Armour roast beef
- 1 c chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp sage
- 1 c water
- 12 tsp hot pepper pod
Directions
- Cut beef crosswise real fine
- Makes about 3 cups or you may use leftover beef roast
- Add chopped onion sage water and desired amount of hot pepper pod to taste
- Cook until onions turn clear and hash is fairly dry
