Beef Hash
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 c frozen hash brown potatoes
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp pepper
- 1 c prepared salsa
- green onions and olives sliced optional
Directions
- Brown beef and onion in large skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes
- Pour off drippings
- Stir in potatoes salt and pepper
- Increase heat to medium-high and cook 5 minutes stirring occasionally
- Stir in salsa
- Continue cooking 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned
- Stir occasionally
- Garnish with green onions and olive slices
- Serves 4
