Beef Hash

Ingredients

  • 2 12 oz cans Armour roast beef
  • 1 c chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp sage
  • 1 c water
  • 12 tsp hot pepper pod

Directions

  1. Cut beef crosswise real fine
  2. Makes about 3 cups or you may use leftover beef roast
  3. Add chopped onion sage water and desired amount of hot pepper pod to taste
  4. Cook until onions turn clear and hash is fairly dry
