Beef Nacho Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 12 oz jar chunky salsa
- 1 c frozen corn thawed and drained
- 34 c salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 c crushed tortilla chips divided
- 2 c shredded ColbyMonterey Jack
Directions
- Brown meat drain
- Stir in salsa corn dressing and chili powder
- Layer 12 each of the meat mixture chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole
- Repeat layers
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated
- Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato if desired
