Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 12 lb ground beef
- 10 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz wide noodles
- 12 medium onion chopped
- 4 c tomato sauce
- 10 oz grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 14 c sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook noodles
- Brown meat and drain off fat
- Add tomato sauce to meat and simmer
- Blend cream cheese and onion in bowl add sour cream
- Drain noodles
- Rinse in cold water and drain again
