Beef Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 12 lb ground beef
• 10 oz cream cheese
• 6 oz wide noodles
• 12 medium onion chopped
• 4 c tomato sauce
• 10 oz grated Cheddar cheese
• 1 14 c sour cream
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Cook noodles
2. Brown meat and drain off fat
3. Add tomato sauce to meat and simmer
4. Blend cream cheese and onion in bowl add sour cream
5. Drain noodles
6. Rinse in cold water and drain again
