Beef Or Deer Jerky
Ingredients
- 3 lb lean meat sliced thin
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 23 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 12 c Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Accent
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 14 to 12 c soy sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight
- Remove meat from juice and dehydrate
- If you do not have a dehydrator place in oven on 140 with oven door cracked open so meat will dry out without being cooked
- If meat is thin enough it should dry out overnight
