Beef Or Deer Jerky

Ingredients

  • 3 lb lean meat sliced thin
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 23 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 12 c Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 Tbsp liquid smoke
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Accent
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 14 to 12 c soy sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight
  2. Remove meat from juice and dehydrate
  3. If you do not have a dehydrator place in oven on 140 with oven door cracked open so meat will dry out without being cooked
  4. If meat is thin enough it should dry out overnight
