Beef Patties With Mushrooms And Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 lb extra-lean ground beef
• 12 c dry fine bread crumbs
• 13 c water
• 14 c catsup
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 1 envelope onion soup mix
• 4 medium potatoes
• 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms drained

Directions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients and 12 of the envelope of soup mix mix lightly but well
2. Shape into 4 patties set aside Grease shiny side of four 18 x 18-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil Spread out 1 potato sliced in center of each sheet
3. Sprinkle potatoes with remaining soup mix
4. Place meat on potatoes and top with mushrooms
5. Close both ends of foil tightly
6. Put on cookie sheet
7. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes
